Project Status: Complete
Old Watauga County Farmhouse that had been added onto throughout the years. Our client bought it for one person to live there but needed spaces for different family members to have and feel like it is their own when they come to visit. The major components of the project were to update the kitchen, make an ensuite master bedroom, make an ensuite guest bedroom with sitting area, update two bedrooms for the two daughters who come regularly to visit, update the downstairs bathroom and bedroom for the grandmother when she comes to visit, completely re-work the stairs and the living room. All of the faucets in the house got replaced, a salvaged clawfoot tub was added to the master bathroom in addition to a marble shower and a custom barnwood vanity.
